How It Works
Lokate’s Own Transport Student’ system workflow is designed to make parent-driven student movement safe, fast, and error-free.
Each student is assigned a unique ID—via NFC card, Palm Vein, or biometric data—linked to their school profile in the Lokate app.
At the gate, the student scans their ID or is verified by staff. Arrival is recorded instantly and synced with LS Attendance System.
During dispersal, the parent/guardian is Verified by ID, Matched to the student and their Pickup is logged instantly
Parents receive real-time SMS or app alerts confirming safe pick-ups, drop-offs, or unexpected delays — ensuring peace of mind every day.
